The closest probable Snowy Owl site near you (assuming you mean the Roy
near Tacoma) is the Nisqually Delta. There are usually a couple of
birds, but I understand they are waaaay out on the mud flats, and often
difficult to see even with a scope.
Damon Point, at Ocean Shores, has 10+ Owls, but is a longer drive.
