Scott Downes visited Ocean Shores last weekend and found NO Snowy Owls at
Damon Point. Has anyone seen them there lately?
I wonder if we are seeing a late winter breakup of the relatively stable
Snowy Owl groups of the early winter. No Snowies at Damon Point, a report
from Jim Flynn (I think) ten days ago or so that indicated that the Samish
Flats Snowy Owls had shifted their location slightly, a Snowy visiting the
University of Washington Campus - are they on the move?
