For those who haven't yet gone, and are still thinking of going, all the
"goodies" were present last weekend. The Accentor showed nicely on
Saturday morning. (I did speak to the owner of the "wood house" there,
and she did say this bird typically shows twice a day in her garden, in
the morning between 8 and 10, and in the afternoon between 4 and 5.
People might want to be there around these times). No Black Rosy Finches
in Triumph but 4 in Ketchum, on the roof of house on the east side of
town. The Gyr was again at Gannet, looking superb. And over in Tetonia
there were 9 Great Grey Owls.
The Hawk Owl was present in Cheney on Monday morning.

A lot of driving (1800 miles) but truly brilliant birds.
