Dear Tweeties;
A vague promise of spring reached the Methow on Wednesday the 19th in
the form of Say's Phoebe. Or so it is said; I haven't seen it
myself. Red-wings are back, and the American Goldfinches are
chirping it up. Also the Resplendent Quetzels are moving upslope,
following the ripening avocados.

In response to Ann's question about bird boxes and feeding, two good
books, one of which I mentioned last month, are 'Woodworking for
Wildlife' and 'Landscaping for Wildlife' by the Minnesota DNR,
available 'Minnesota's Bookstore,' 1-800-652-9747.

Let's see, did I mispel anything?
