OH! MAN!! I forgot all about this! How could I?!!

The last time I was out at the West 90, there were surveyers at work. Serious
surveyers, with yellow slickers and laser equipment.

They were shooting a north-south line, just west and south of the two buildings.

Now, I'm sure that is private property, and I have strong feelings about
property rights, but that particular area has been consistently demonstrated as
a hotbed of birdlife, particularly hawks, owls, anseriformes and shorebirds.

Does anybody know anything about what is going on there? Or who to contact to
find out?

Condos? Maybe a BP station?
