Hey, fun! Next to the goldfinches and siskins munching away on thistle
this morning was a bird checking out the dehydrated orange slices.
(I'd removed these yesterday from the Christmas tree and stuck them on
twigs on the apple tree where the feeders are hanging.) -- A Townsend's
Warbler, plain as could be! //Nice surprise, in a week of many surprises!
