In the event Dave Ware is correct in his summation of the Bobwhite status
in Washington, should this species be reconsidered as being qualified to
be on the Washington state list? There are many species, Golden Pheasants
for instance, that can be found periodically in Washington that are definately
released birds and are not included on the Washington list.
