Hi! Dara and I are from Dean's class reporting about the Birding trip
last Sunday. We didn,t see a Gyr or a Kestrel. We might have seen a Prairie at
Fir Island Road(Mann street), we are mostly sure. We know that the
un-identified bird is a falcon. We saw a plethora of BAEAs, RTHAs
(Dark morphs and regular), RLHAs, NOHAs, two SNOWs, and three SEOWs.
Amazingly, we did not see any accipiters! We also saw hundreds of SNGO, some
with red band on their neck at Boe Road. We located two NOSHs(Northern
Shrikes), and scoped one.
In addition we had a great time!
Bye!
