Over here in Moscow, the Kestrels hang out near the shopping centers on a
regular basis, catching little hairy yummies that might get into our
supermarkets otherwise. However, although they're well suited to our
city, I don't know if it would qualify for "urban" status (Moscow being
the tiny town that it is). :)

On a recent trip to Lewiston, we saw three Kestrels along the way who were
post-sitting and chomping on some recently caught rodents...must have been
a banner day (or time period: noon) to hunt.
