Someone asked about the Black and White Warbler in the Arboretum. We checked
out the site on Sat., Jan. 11, and didn't locate the bird.
Jan. 13: Some interesting sightings from Ft. Canby: 2 Hermit Thrushes and
calling Virginia Rails in two different locations.
Jan. 14: The shoreline at Fort Columbia: A peregrine and a Spotted Sandpiper,
along with 600+ Dunlin and 100+ Sanderlings.
And beautiful (cold) weather for viewing!
