Captain's Nautical Supplies told me that they don't carry KOWA scopes.

Warshall's price was about $197 versus $170 through ABA Sales.

Do check at Captain's Nautical Supplies on Elliott Ave. (Seattle).
My experience with Warshalls is that IN SOME CASES their prices are
outrageous, compared to mail-order (double if not close to triple).
I'm all in favor of supporting local businesses and keeping them and their
expertise (if you're lucky) around. But how far does one go?
