Can anyone answer this guy's question? I recommended those falcon
silhouettes that you can stick to the inside of the window, and hanging
string or yarn on the outside of the window...

Since I am not sure if Mike is subscribed to Tweeters, maybe those who
answer could cc: him as well as post their message. I did tell him about
the Digest page on the Tweeters homepage, but he may not have Web access.
