Bird Alert!!

Just heard a BLUE JAY flying around my neighborhood here in Bellevue /
Eastgate this morning. It's right here, right now, just out my window
somewhere. Well, not really. Literally, and just moments ago, I just
returned from NW Missouri, sat down to the computer, reading... um... what
else? ...*Tweeters* email digests (of course) on the WEB with the radio on in
the background, and right off heard this BLUE JAY. I guess my mind hadn't
quite caught up to where my physical being is right now. I just blew it off
assuming that the BLUE JAY was outside somewhere... no big deal... hear and
see 'em all the time... so I wasn't really paying attention.

Then....viola!!... it just dawned on me that the BLUE JAY was coming from the
**radio**. It's a KING-TV-5 promo currently airing on all the radio stations
around here. At first all I heard was something about the <Pacific>
Northwest (not hearing the Pacific part) while my mind and ear were
apparently still in the *Northwest*, but that was Missouri. Anyone else
catch this little "gem" filling the local airways yet? The screaming BLUE
JAY leads off in the opening seconds of this promo. But if I heard it on
KING, it must be legit, No? :-))
