One possibility is to check the 'store' at http://www.pbs.org .
Unfortunately, at the present time, 'Attenborough in Paradise' is not
one of the selections. Though the two of his other series' 'Life on
Earth' and 'The Secret life of plants' are listed.

There is a FAQ. Some of the relevent information.

"If you can't find the PBS program you're looking for in our
ever-expanding video collection, drop us an email at shop at pbs.org .
We'll do our best to put you in touch with a resource that can help you
locate it"

"Q: I want the video of a program I watched last night. Can I get it?
A: Video availability of a PBS-aired program is up to the producer. Some
clear video sales rights, some don't. Once video rights are cleared,
it's up to the distributor to set a release date. If we sell the
program, it usually takes about two weeks to make a master, get it to
the warehouse and produce the inventory for shipping."
