A new book to be published in June by Houghton-Mifflin that sounds
interesting (and I, in no way profit from sales of this book ;-), just
thought folks might appreciate the notice):

Kingbird Highway: the story of a natural obsession that got a little
out of hand, by Ken Kaufman.

Kaufman's story of his year-long odyssey trying to set a record for
the most bird species seen in a year in North America.
