Subject: Feeders finally getting attention

Howdy folks. I bought some feeders this weekend, since all the ones we've
had are still out in Virginia with my wife until August. I put them up on
Sunday outside the back door and they've basically sat ever since. Not
really a surprise, though. Well, I cam home from work yesterday to see a
family of house finches (1 male and two young) attacking the black-oil
sunflowed seed feeder, and a chestnut-backed chickadee (my first ever!)
going after the suet and the BOSS. Now if I can just coax the other small,
non-house-sparrow, non-starling birds out back. Considering my proximity
to Marymoor, I hope to get a good number of birds, but it is an apartment
complex....
