Hello "Tweets"

I'm planning a birding and exploratory expedition to the SE corner of
Washington (Tri-cities to Asotin County) in the next week or so, the one
corner of the state I've not visited before. Any helpful suggestions on
current known locations and/or where I might find the following would be
appreciated:

* White-faced Ibis
* Ferruginous Hawk
* Mountain Quail
* Flammulated Owl
Rachet-tailed Treepie --....just kidding...;-))
* Cordilleran Flycatcher
* Green-tailed Towhee

Any especially good current "eastern" warbler (e.g. Black-throated Green,
et.al.), and other specialty, or vagrant haunts (at least to look around). I
have the 1991 Wahl & Paulson guide to get me rolling in that direciton. How
are road conditions in the Blue Mountain high country? As much detail as you
can provide (e.g. DeLorme coordinates) without this sounding demanding or
becoming a painful burden would be especially useful, but I'll be thankful
for anything. A direct reply to me is fine. Thanks!
