A new site guide to birding Nebraska is available. _The Nebraska
Bird-Finding Guide_ lists more than 400 public access sites and comments
on their size and habitat. 300 of these are keyed to county maps.
There's also a tabular guide to 348 Nebraska species with regard to
abundance and wase of location. The book is by noted ornithologist Paul
Johnsgard. It's available from
Paul A. Johnsgard
School of Biological Sciences
University of Nebraska-Lincoln
Lincoln, NE 68588-0118

For those going east, this would be a great reference. There are many
locations very close to I-80 if traveling the Interstate or Hwys. 2 or 20
if traveling the back roads. RK
