1:56 p.m. 06-09-97: Hi, this is Mary Manning, 524-6818, and I was just at
Magnuson park around one o'clock Monday June 9th, and I saw BULLOCK'S
ORIOLE. Specifically, if you're at the Sound Garden, go down the dog
path, which leads directly south along the fence, and that path turns to
the right, going west. A little ways farther, you'll see a big mud puddle
in the path, and the BULLOCK'S ORIOLE was on either side of the mud
puddle.

8:56 p.m. 06-09-97: Hello, this is Dave Beaudette, 206-365-2083. On June
9th, I birded Skagit County along SR 20. At the Corkindale power line
crossing was a single EASTERN KINGBIRD and 5+ BANK SWALLOWS. At the
county line ponds, Skagit County side, were 2 male and 1 female AMERICAN
REDSTARTS. The female was building a nest. And at the Mount Hardy burn
was a female THREE-TOED WOODPECKER, 2 CLARK'S NUTCRACKERS, and 2
TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRES. Thank you.

2:59 p.m. 06-10-97: My name is Ilea Butler. On Sunday June 8th, I was at
the Richmond Beach Park, and I was observing some crows and noticed that
there was a brown one with them. I do have pictures proving that it is a
crow, with beak and talons and the whole works, and it's not a seagull. I
have pictures of flight feathers and the whole works, so if anybody's
interested, please feel free to call me. My number is 365-5155.
