Tweets,

Although my experience with these birds is very limited,
I can say that last year, on a Westport pelagic trip, Sabine's
Gulls were perched on various pieces of debris at the 40 mile
offshore point. It may have had something to do with the unusually
calm weather that day. It was warm (about 75F.) and windless, the
ocean was almost glassy calm.

The only Kittiwakes we saw that day were perched on the
Westport jetty, where they often can be seen I hear. Also saw an
immature Kittiwake perched on the Ocean Shores jetty this spring.
