Some good spots are the fields just north of Duley Lake along the
Wakefield-Cameron Lake Road on the Colville Plateau. Pull off north of
Duley Lake where a road leads down to a derelict building on the lake
side. Walk through the grass towards the balds/buttes to the north.

Another good spot is just outside of Tonasket along Havillah road in the
grassy areas about a mile or so out of town. A water tower is off to
the right and some big pits are off to the left. This was also good for
Lark Sparrow.

Also, the grassy area east of Aeneas Lake, which is to the west of
Tonasket was also productive for Grasshopper Sparrows. I saw Chipping,
Lark, and Brewer's Sparrows along here as well.
