My feeling is that tweeters should retain a regional focus. Reports from
Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and southern British Columbia should be encouraged
with only limited reporting outside this region. If a northwesterner travels
outside this region and wants to report on their travels, this seems fine.
But by encouraging reports from "every where", we may soon overwhelm
tweeters by the sheer volume of reports which may be generated.
