Well, I haven't made a good junk id in a long time (no comments from the
Baccus gallery please!) so..... how about a Kestral? It sounds a bit small
for your size description, but the wingtips nearly meeting at the tip of the
tail fits a Kestral better than a Merlin, and the coloration could also be
right.
