On Feb. 17, 1997, my husband Randy Robinson and I also saw a Ross' Goose
along Shorts School Road near where Dennis Duffy is talking about. I
believe we saw it further north along Shorts School Road, though in very
much the same situation that Dennis describes: in a muddy field with
Canada Goose and a domestic goose. If anyone is interested, my husband
can provide a more exact location along Shorts School Road for our
sighting.
