Michael Price notes that Canada lies between the lower 48 and Alaska. When I mentioned that
in my view SW Alaska, at least, is sorta part of the Pacific Northwest, I presumed we'd already
annexed western Canada. Vancouver BC at least. We get posts from there all the time :)
