How about Northwest America (remember Canada is America).

We left about 25 feet of trunk when we had to cut a Maple on our
property. It has paid off in the attraction of Flickers, Jays, Wrens,
Downys, Sapsuckers and more. Of course since it is leafless, it
provides excellent viewing. Certainly a reminder of the benefits of not
removing dead plant material from the forest.
