Out of print does not necessarily mean unavailable. As I recall, there's
a really big used bookstore in Seattle. They had the hard to find
_Biosystematics of North American Crows_ there. I'll bet Birds of Washington
is there, too.

If not, you might want to try Powell's in Portland. They have a website now
with a search engine.
