_A Birder's Guide to Washington_ (Diann MacRae) is a great birding
book. i especially like it because it because it has maps in the
book, along with some really neat illustrations. this book can be
found at most bookstores, especially the U-bookstore, elliott bay
books, and flora & fauna books (pioneer square). the book is a soft-
covered trade paperback, and is fairly inexpensive.
