Now that you mention it:

The Chickadee "knowledge" filter seems a very necessary thing. But, understand
that a lot of out-of-staters try to use the BirdBox. The filter should be one of
general birding knowledge, not specific to Washington state.

For example: "If an Empidonax is a hawk, press one, if it's a sparrow, press
two, if it's a flycatcher, press three."

This would allow use by visiting birders while repelling twits.
