Sightings for Sunday March 9

Between 64th and 72nd on Boundary Bay were 20 SNOWY OWLS and 1 ROUGH-LEGGED
HAWK. West of 64th were 2 NORTHERN SHRIKES and 105 TRUMPETER SWANS. At
Derby Reach Regional Park were a PILEATED WOODPECKER and a GREATER
WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE in a flock Canada geese. 10 SNOW BUNTINGS were on the
Iona, South Jetty and a male RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRD was in the 14900 bolck of
24th ave in S. surrey. In a late report for Saturday the male TUFTED DUCK
was by the stone bridge at the West end of Lost Lagoon.

Sightings for Saturday March 8

At Serpentine Fen were 1 AMERICAN TREE SPARROW, 18 TREE SWALLOWS and a
VIOLET GREEN SWALLOW. A GGREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE was in a flock of
Canada geese at colony farm.

Sightings for Friday March 7

In a late report for Thursday, two CLARK'S GREBES were on the middle arm of
the Fraser River. One bird was near the Dinsmore bridge and the other was
east of the intersection of Agar and Inglis drive. A Male EURASIAN WIDGEON
was also seen.
