Hi Jason - you can actually walk fairly easily to the entrance to Bridle
Trails Park from the Metro Park & Ride at the NE 70th exit on 405 (in
Kirkland). I'm sure it's less than a mile. Maybe you saw the directions
that were posted on Tweeters earlier? From the Park & Ride you just walk
South on 116th Ave NE. I don't remember which bus routes go there from
downtown Seattle, but I bet you could find out on the Metro website. (I
don't know where you are coming from).

It sounds as though most people have seen the owl between 11 and 2. I saw
it Saturday about 1:00. There were a number of birders there, so I didn't
have to look for the owl, just follow directions. A kindly young girl on
horseback galloped back up the trail to tell me when she ran into someone
who had just seen it. It was incredible! Good luck!
