The Audubon Society Encyclopedia of North American Birds gives several
"other names" for the willet, including "duck snipe" and :"semipalmated
snipe." One of the "other names" for the short-billed dowitcher,
however, is "robin snipe" (also "red-breasted snipe").

That must be a really BAD painting! :-)
