On March 15 Donna Lusthoff, Bing Wong a some other Oregon birders visited
Cheney looking for the Hawk Owl.

They found it between Washington and 11th. streets on Cedar St. It then
flew over to Parking Lot 13, then on to 11th and Elm.

They watched it for some time and got good photos.
