I too am a beginner at this Tweeters stuff. This is the second time I
have heard Oldsquaw mentioned as Long-tailed Duck. Is this an
official name change or what? I thought I kept up with name changes
through WOS and ABA publications. Is there somewhere else I should be
looking to keep up with these name changes?
