Peggi Rogers posted information about an opportunity for public comment
on changes to duck hunting regulations. I don't want to start a dreaded
hunting thread, but because an increase in the hunting season would
impact my birding activities, I'm wondering whether anyone has more
information on the Adaptive Harvest Management Working Group--i.e.
whether its recommendations are likely to be sound . The name alone
makes me suspicious.
