Dear Tweets,

I am a loyal lurker and sometimes poster who lives in Gig Harbor. I find
myself suddenly in Durham, NC on family business. I did not have time to
prepare myself in terms of anything, much less birding possibilities. I'll
pick some spots nearby to go see the usual east coast winter packs of
titmice, chickadees, w'peckers, etc. Possibly an early migrant or two. I
just wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions as to places that would be
good to visit.
