I keep up with name changes through ABA and other birding publications
also. So far, I have seen nothing about this name change for the North
American area. However, on the computer software I use - BirdBase - the
world list is Clement's, and it uses Long-tailed Duck and has for at least
as long as I've been using the software, about 5 years. On Clement's the
Green-winged Teal is called the Common Teal. So N. America and World don't
always agree.
