A fellow rehabber took in an Eider hen (I don't know what species as yet).
I've noted they are primarily seafood eaters, but I'm not sure about their
water needs. Does anyone know if they're strictly saltwater drinkers?

I know this is a bit out of the usual for Tweeters, but we don't usually get
these ducks and there's alot of expertise on this list.
