Have any of you out there been involved in Cornell's Project Tanager (its a
program where volunteers across the nation scout out tanagers in forest
fragments in their area)? If so, please email me!

I am a freelance nature writer doing a story on the project and its
findings for WildBird magazine. I want to get some real-life stories of
what birders did and experienced while looking for tanagers and their
impressions. My deadline is Apr 4 for the story though so I need stuff
ASAP! Anything funny, or interesting behavior observed, or encounters with
other animals while bird-watching, or just how the project inspired them on
a personal or other level.
