According to Astronomy magazine the timing of the eclipse is as follows:

Begins - 9:58pm EST or 6:58pm PST
Mideclipse - 11:39pm EST or 8:39pm PST
Ends - 1:21am EST or 10:21pm PST

This is for the Umbra or the dark center of the Earth's shadow.
