Hello young Nisqually birders:

A couple of people have already commented on the weasel sighting:

While we were walking back we saw a weasel or ferret start

I was out there on the same morning (saw you guys on the path.) I saw a
mink, on the western dike just south of where the east west road comes to
the dike. If the critter you saw was big and all dark brown I would bet
thats what it was.
