Did you let Fish & Wildlife know about this? If not, do tell them - your
local office should be in the phone book. It is always illegal to kill ANY
protected species for ANY reason and they may fine him. If nothing else
it'll teach him a lesson. At any rate, to all Tweets, if anybody ever sees
anything like this, get the license number if you can and pass it on to Fish
& Wildlife.
