While mowing the lawn on Sat. May 10th, I saw 7 large birds flying south.
They were many thousands of miles high, 7-10,000 ft (?); they were large
white birds with observable black primaries. I watched them for several
minutes. They were gliding as "one" unit. I believe them to be American
White Pelicans. This was at 10:45 am.

What is the likelyhood that that's what they were? Are they flying from
Canada to say, Malheur, Oregon?

I'd love to add them to my yard list!
