My wife and I will be staying with friends in Marysville off and on from May
23 until May 31. Could someone suggest some birding locations in the
Marysville/Seattle area. I am interested in both locations fairly close to
Marysville as well as maybe a day trip across the Cascades to the eastern
side. Also, if anyone would be available for and interested in birding
with me on either Saturday the 24th or Friday the 30th, I would welcome it.
The last time we were there I birded around Anacortes and Deception Pass
State Park and made a trip up on Mt. Rainer. My list of target birds is
too long to list here but I am looking for species like Black-Backed
Woodpecker, Western and Mountain Bluebird, Townsends Solitare,
Macgillivrays Warbler, Long-Billed Curlew and Mountain Chickadee. And even
though I saw them the last time we were there I am also interested in some
of the more common stuff like, Black-Throated Gray and Townsends Warblers,
Bushtit, Bewicks Wren, Dipper and Black Headed Grosbeak. Any help and
advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
