I agree that CD's are great. I had Thayer's original Birds of North America
and have purchased the newest version (version 2?). It is much improved and
is a help to me as I seem to need reinforcement on birding by sound each and
every year. The pictures are still not excellent, but better than version l
with some shots of females. I like the ability to compare two birds.
