Jon: A local resident in the V. Swifts neighborhood informed me that the
chimney used last year has been closed up to prevent roosting (every year,
the honored host family seems to take offense at all the poop that
accumulates in their fireplace)...so, search on and please pass the word if
you find their new roost!
