Another suggestion that I have seen
successfully used is to hang netting in front of
the offending windows - the kind of netting
sold in garden centers to cover berry crops
to keep birds out. It did not impair the view
out of the windows that I saw it used on at all,
and was actually hung from the eaves of the
house so that it was probably 1 1/2 feet from
the window.
