I too get this guy's spam on more than one list. Another list member
(perhaps on Wildlife Rehab) suggested complaining to America Online,
addressing it to abuse at aol.com. So I sent them the following message:

>I would like to register a complaint of spamming by KingFshr at aol.com
(David Doyle). He posts to 2 of the mailing lists I subscribe to,
advertising his book "Deeper Ecology," and has been doing so for over a
year. His posts are very lengthy and he has irritated the list members so
much I doubt anyone will ever buy his book. >

I note that his aol user ID has changed subtly from kingfsher (or whatever
it was originally), which may mean they have already unsubscribed him at
least once and he weaseled back on.
