Hi.
The other night I slipped into bed around 1 a.m. After poking my husband
vigorously in the side in an effort to stop his snoring (it works), I heard a
bird calling repeatedly into the night. It wasn't a Great Horned Owl, whose
call I now recognize. The call, if I remember correctly, was about five notes
long, the first three rising in pitch, the last two equal in pitch to the
third note. I listened for 20-30 minutes before drifting off to sleep.
Any ideas?
