My Orchard Mason Bees are doing fabulously. Unfortunately they quit
pollinating in early June. They do not have the mite problem.

I believe there are other bees of this type that are active further
into the summer, but I don't know how to encourage them.

Walking from the parking lot at the Montlake Fill this morning,
goldfinches dustbathing, a swarm of swallows, and an
attack on my bald spot by a female redwing blackbird.
